No. We carry a single carton by air, one pallet by road and a shared container by sea. Full trucks, full containers and charters are booked the same way.
Enter the number that starts with WB on the tracking page. You see where the load is, the last handover and the expected arrival. Road trailers report every two minutes; ships, trains and aircraft report at each port, terminal and airport.
Yes. Our own brokers prepare and file the declaration, work out the duty and tax in advance and answer any questions from the authorities. We need your commercial invoice and packing list when the goods are packed.

Yes. Chilled and frozen loads travel in monitored trailers and containers, hazardous goods are handled by trained planners and drivers, and oversized loads are surveyed and routed with the permits they need. Tell us at the time of booking.
Carriers' liability is limited by weight, so we offer cargo insurance for the full value of the goods on any booking. Invoices are issued on delivery and paid by bank transfer; account customers pay monthly.
