What we collect

• Your name, company and e-mail when you send a quote request or a message
• The lane, the mode, the weight and the cargo you describe, so a planner can price it
• The topic you pick and the message you write, so the right person answers
• Anonymous visit numbers, to see which pages are read

What we use it for

To price your freight, to reply to you and to make the site better. We do not sell personal data.

Shipments are a different thing

This policy covers this website. What we keep about a shipment we carry for you (addresses, customs papers, proof of delivery) is set out in the contract of carriage you get with your booking.

How long we keep it

A quote request is kept for as long as the conversation needs, and for twelve months after it if no booking follows. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the e-mail address at the bottom of this site.
