Tallis & Rowe used to pack orders in a rented unit that could not cope with November. They moved their stock into our Milan and Leeds warehouses in the summer. In peak week the two sites picked and packed 41,000 orders, three times a normal week, and 98.9 per cent left on the day they were placed. In January the stock shrank back to a third of the space, and so did the bill.
